Mangalsutra Tray Stall in Jaipur

The mangalsutra is laid on a decorated tray with a small note of who will carry it. Jaipur Event Management sends the stall as a ready kit for weddings, family functions, college fests and corporate lawns. Your own volunteer can run it. This stall is not part of the older 100 DIY stalls list.

The phera hour at a palace or banquet, after the couple is seated. Keep it with the wedding trousseau table, watched by one family member.

How the hour runs

The volunteer lays out Tray and cloth and keeps the queue on one side of the table.
The designated relative lifts the tray at the called moment.
The volunteer resets rose petals before the next guest steps in.

A family member or a wedding volunteer runs this stall. One person can reset it between guests. It sits near the ritual, not on the dance floor.

Space, power and timing

Most setups of the Mangalsutra Tray Stall need a 6 by 6 foot patch, two chairs and shade if the lawn is in the afternoon sun. It does not need a stage. If you want it beside other DIY stalls, leave a walking gap so a lehenga or a uniform is not brushing the table. Share the venue name, the date and whether the ground is grass, marble or a banquet carpet.

In Jaipur this stall is booked for palace lawns, hotels, farmhouses, society grounds and college campuses in Vaishali Nagar, Mansarovar, Malviya Nagar, C-Scheme, Raja Park, Jagatpura, Sitapura, Tonk Road and Amer Road. The same kit travels to Jodhpur, Udaipur, Kota, Ajmer, Bikaner, Alwar and Jaisalmer when the function is outside Jaipur.
