The volunteer resets table labels before the next guest steps in.

The decor team or a family volunteer finishes the pieces at the stall, then moves them to the tables, the aisle or the exit gate.

Space, power and timing

Most setups of the Menu Card Fold Stall need a 6 by 6 foot patch, two chairs and shade if the lawn is in the afternoon sun. It does not need a stage. If you want it beside other DIY stalls, leave a walking gap so a lehenga or a uniform is not brushing the table. Share the venue name, the date and whether the ground is grass, marble or a banquet carpet.

In Jaipur this stall is booked for palace lawns, hotels, farmhouses, society grounds and college campuses in Vaishali Nagar, Mansarovar, Malviya Nagar, C-Scheme, Raja Park, Jagatpura, Sitapura, Tonk Road and Amer Road.
